Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch continues dramatic development plans as gateway for motorsports enthusiasts

Pahrump, Nev. (October 22, 2007) — Spring Mountain Motorsports Ranch located just 45 miles from the glittering lights of Las Vegas continues its dramatic development plans with the recent completion of new facilities for the Spring Mountain Advanced Driving School operations.

The new 7,891 square-foot building is dedicated exclusively for the Corvette Driving School, and features include a larger classroom with seating capacity for up to 30 students, plasma TVs, a merchandise store, mechanical shop, kitchenette, office space and storage for the school’s growing fleet of 23 C6 Z51 and Z06 Corvettes used solely for training.

The existing 5,000 square-foot building at Spring Mountain will be used for the popular Radical Racing School operations, the new Lotus Performance Driving School, administrative offices, and future expansion plans.

“We’ve accelerated our development to realize our vision of Spring Mountain being a world-class motorsports facility that is a gateway for all motorsports enthusiasts,” says co-owner Brad Rambo. “Our growth is continuing at a record pace, and we now have 37 dedicated employees to serve our guests and expanded driving school operations. Too, we just launched our new website which is a great resource of information about our specialized driving programs and events.”

“The completion of the new Corvette building is significant as it allows us to dedicate more resources to our ever-growing and successful Corvette Driving School operations, and we now have more space to expand the Radical Racing School and Lotus Performance Driving School programs,” added co-owner John Morris. “We are also focused on our members-only clubhouse for Club Spring Mountain, an exclusive motorsports country club, and we’re still selling memberships for a limited time. The new 8,000-square foot clubhouse includes a viewing station, spa area, Jacuzzi, and full kitchen is already under construction, and we expect it to be ready for our members in the first quarter of 2008.”

Spring Mountain Advanced Driving School offers a variety of adrenaline-packed driving programs aimed at providing guests an unforgettable track experience. Driving school participants can log up to 300 miles on the track, and the training repertoire includes one, two and three-day Corvette Advanced Driving Schools, two-day Radical Racing Schools, and two and three-day Lotus Performance Driving Schools.
