Pahrump is located in the midst of spectacular desert scenery in the southwest corner of Nye County, Nevada. Located 45 miles west of fabulous Las Vegas and 60 miles east of Death Valley, the Pahrump Valley is about 26 miles long and ranges ftom 8 to 12 miles wide. Surrounding the Valley are the Spring Mountain Range (for which our motorsports ranch is named) to the east and the Nopah Mountains to the west. The name Pahrump is derived from the Native Americans who settled in this valley, and translates to ”water on a rock,” referencing the abundance of water in the region due to an enormous underground water basin.  A rapidly growing rural/suburban community, Pahrump’s population has nearly doubled during each of the last two decades.

The weather is clear and sunny on an average of 216 days per year, making it an ideal location for a motorsports ranch, a fun destination for outdoor activities, and a healthy environment for all.
