Spring Mountain is proud to announce the availability of its first on-site accommodations! Each luxury loft style Condominium-garage unit comes complete with granite counter tops in the kitchenette, ceiling fans, microwave, dishwasher, window coverings, closet space, two burners, electric glass stove top, and pre-wiring for phone, internet and cable. Our medium and large units include a large balcony overlooking corner two and the back straight of the race track. The individual garage space built directly below each unit is also included. The building will feature a private laundry room and personal mail box access. A half-court basketball court with an adjustable basket for all ages sits between the two condominium buildings.

Our luxury Condominium-Garage units are available now! Professionally decorated and fully appointed with kitchen and bath items, the condos will be 100% move-in ready. Maid service is also available. (Additional charges will apply for furnishings and maid service.)
