The years have flown by since Spring Mountain partners purchased 193-acres of desert land in June, 2004 with a 2.2-mile road course, a driving school with a fleet of 8 Corvettes, two tent structures and portable restrooms. A visionary's dreams led us to the destination now known as Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. Reality has surpassed expectations, and we are still striving to create a motorsports experience second-to-none in the world.
During this journey we have been lucky to work with the most incredible staff, some of whom have been with us since the beginning and share our passion for providing exceptional products and services to valued Club members, their families and friends. The team works hard all year to provide smooth-running, fun and successful events for our members and we cannot thank them enough for their tireless efforts. Our success is truly due to their loyalty and commitment to the Spring Mountain vision.
Our dream to provide a total destination for members and guests will soon be realized with the closing of escrow on 7 acres of Commercial property at the entrance to the facility, sold to a leader in the industry, Majestic Realty Co. Majestic is the largest privately-owned industrial developer in the United States and we are honored to work with them to pave the way for our inaugural commercial offering. The first phase of development, including a major brand 110 room all-suite hotel and casino, restaurant and retail shops will be breaking ground in the Fall. Preparations are underway for the start of construction. Pictured is work in progress by Valley Electric Company to move several power lines for the hotel project.
Spring Mountain Estates, our private residential community at the facility, is a reality, and the first property owners to begin construction are Brandon and Chelse Rambo with an expected completion date in the fall.

Last month we sponsored an informal lunch in support of U.S. Senator Dean Heller, and members have requested secure links for campaign donations. Spring Mountain is working with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in our acquisition of 600 acres adjacent to the facility and we have benefited by our local politicans’ support and guidance during the process. James Oscarson, Nevada Assemblyman in the 36th District, has provided tremendous leadership in our expansion endeavors. Summer Hours in Effect
Options for Fun on Land and Water this Season
To benefit from additional daylight and "beat the heat," Summer Hours will be observed effective June 18. The track will open at 7:00 am and close at 3:00 pm with lunch from 11:00-12:00 pm. If you have any questions about summer hours, please contact Members Coordinator, Elizabeth McGee.
Summer is the perfect time to relax in the refreshing waters of Lake Spring Mountain, try water sports, or just soak up the sun on white sand beaches. Offering a Carribean-inspired shoreline with a pristine lake and tree lined island, your desert oasis awaits. Order beverages at the Tiki Bar, reserve a Cabana for privacy and shade, or rent water toys to play with on the lake.

Club Race Weekend - June 7-10
Don't Miss the Last Race Weekend of the Season
Are you ready for some fun at the next Club race weekend? Compete with fellow members at the end of the spring season, with the weather calling for sunny skies and temperatures in the 90's on race day. Running the Fittipaldi (F) 3.4-mile course - a new configuration never driven before - will provide adrenaline and excitement, so bring your family and friends to the track for a fun and festive kickoff to the summer season. This is the weekend to make or break new track records!
Your weekend begins Thursday, June 7 at 9 am with three hours of open track for Sports Cars and LSR drivers. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse at noon, with open sessions from 1-4 pm. The bar is open at 4:00 and we will be serving a limited food menu in the Clubhouse.
Friday, June 8 is RACE DAY! Set your alarm...the excitement starts earlier than usual at 7 am with 25-minute sessions for Sports Cars and LSR, followed by qualifying sessions, track maintenance and an open track session. Mandatory Drivers-Only race meetings for all categories will be held in the Administrative Building, and the Miata Race begins at 10:15 am. The LSR Race starts at 10:55 am followed by a Podium Presentation for all categories at 11:30 am. Lunch will be served at 11:50 am and an open track will follow from 1-3 pm.
Join us for summer fun in the Tiki Bar from 1:30-6 pm at Lake Spring Mountain. Lounge in the sun or try some of our water sport rentals. Discounts are available to members and guests for JetPack flights and more. Members receive a 20% discount on all jetpack flights. Pricing starts at $79 weekdays (normally $99) and $103 (normally $129) weekends for a 20-minute flight. And on Friday, June 8 only, an additional 5% discount will be offered to members.
Friday Night Dinner at the Lake! Enjoy cocktails and music island-style at Lake Spring Mountain, with a delectable menu by Susan DeLisle, Corporate Chef, served al fresco Friday evening to celebrate the close of a successful season.
Saturday begins at 7:00 am with 25-minute run sessions and qualifying for all categories, followed by Open Track and Mandatory Drivers-Only meetings for Sports Car and LSR categories. After track maintenance, the Miata Race will begin at 10:15 am, and the LSR Race at 10:55 am, followed by a podium presentation for all categories at 11:35 am. Lunch is served at 11:50 am, followed by open track from 1-3 pm. The bar is open at 2:30 pm.
On Sunday, enjoy open sessions from 9-12 and 1-4 pm with lunch served in the Clubhouse from 12-1 pm.
