Celebrating Spring at the Club

Latest News about the Future of the Facility

01 guys -after raceA bright new season is approaching, and the days are growing longer with more hours for racing adventures. Recreational opportunities abound at Club Spring Mountain, and during off-driving hours you can live the good life exploring off-road trails, relaxing in the Clubhouse, working out in the fitness center, indulging in a massage with Tina, or just sharing racing stories by the fire pit. At the end of the day luxuriate in one of our conveniently located trackside condominiums. There’s something for everyone here in our little oasis at the Club.

02 track rendering blm landPlans for the development of the 630 acres adjacent to the facility, in the process of being acquired from the BLM, are emerging. The proposed track on the east section of the new property will feature multiple options for configurations, both clockwise and counter clockwise, more open space with high speed straights, and an exhilarating 200-foot elevation change. Future development to the north will include a 5200 foot runway, also utilized as a drag strip, and an air park. Preliminary surveys and drainage studies for elevation and flood control will determine the final layout of the course, the results of which will be presented to the BLM as part of the acquisition process. After the close of escrow on the new property, slated for June, the large paddock area will be built in Phase 1 of the development, which can be also used for kart racing until the dedicated kart track can be constructed. The first phase will also include 2-mile portion of the new road course. Click image to expand the rendering.

Sewer tanks are next on the agenda with arrival expected next week, and completion of the project expected in mid-April.

Silverton Casino Resort is moving forward with its mixed-use development project located on a 7-acre portion of the commercial land at the entrance to the facility. The first phase includes a major brand 110 room all-suite hotel and casino with over 200 slots, 5 game tables, a sports book and café.
