Expansion at the Club forges ahead with construction progressing on home sites at Spring Mountain Estates and plans being formulated for the Commercial Center at the entrance to the facility. It's that time of year again...Lake Spring Mountain will open Memorial weekend May 25-27 through Labor Day. Relax in the refreshing water, enjoy exciting water sports, or just soak up the sun on the white sand beaches. The Lake at Spring Mountain is an opportunity to get away for a fun, beach-inspired oasis at the facility. Beginning May 25, we’ll be open every weekend from 10 am–6 pm. Paddle board or pedal boat rentals are $15 per hour or $20 for two hours. Members are welcome to enjoy the facilities with free admission; your guests pay for day passes at $10 per child or $15 per adult.

03 cabanaOur beachside Cabanas offer relaxing private space and shade along the sandy shores of the lake, with snacks and drinks for 4 people, lounges for two people, and towels. We have 8 Cabanas that can be reserved for full or half day use.

04 15 yearsMake your plans now to join us for our 15th Anniversary Extravaganza Friday, June 7, as we reminisce on 15 years of racing, growth, innovation, and unforgettable memories. The event will begin at 5:00 pm at Spring Mountain Estates, next to John Morris and Jeffrey Cheng’s homes, with music provided by DJ Rico Rox and beverages by Blue Marble Ultra-Premium Cocktails. An array of delicious Hors D’Oeuvres will be served by Club Spring Mountain's kitchen dream team, headed by Executive Chef Susan DeLisle. Entertainment will be ongoing and of course, rare, exotic and custom cars will be on display. Visit our Anniversary splash page for more information about the event, and be sure to RSVP!

This month's Club Race Weekend will be held on the Andretti "B" 4-mile track configuration. Please contact Elizabeth McGee to participate in all the fun. Refer to the Event Calendar to choose the dates of your visit. We hope to see you soon at the Club!

More homes are under construction than ever, and you will notice the change in the skyline around the perimeter lots as you drive the various configurations at the track. 06 race lineupWe would like to welcome new members Jay and Anna Torres to the Club, who have also purchased two home sites at Spring Mountain Estates. Bill and Maureen Vogel, Charter members, have purchased Lot 56, with plans to begin construction on their track home immediately.

Club Race Weekend May 9-11

Join us for Sunny Skies and Racing Excitement

08 bluemarbleThe Spring Mountain 2019 Race Series, presented by Blue Marble Ultra-Premium Cocktails, features adrenaline-pumping competition on the Andretti “B” 4-mile race course this month. Sports Car drivers and Light Sport Racer categories will participate in wheel-to-wheel racing on Friday and Saturday. Please RSVP to Elizabeth McGee to join in all the festivities! The weather looks perfect for race weekend with sunny skies, highs in the 80’s and lows in the 50’s expected for the big contest.

09 raceYour weekend begins on Thursday with Open Track beginning at 9:00 am with sports cars at the top of the hour and LSR at the bottom of the hour. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse and the track will be closed from 12:00-1:00 pm. Again from 1:00-4:00 pm open track will be available with sports cars at the top of the hour and LSR at the bottom of the hour. At 4:00 pm the bar will be open with a limited food menu in the clubhouse.

10 race supportFriday starts out at 7:30 am with Mandatory Drivers meetings for Sports Cars at 7:30 am and LSR (Radical and Wolf cars) at 8:00 am, followed by open sessions and qualifying for both categories. Track Maintenance is at 10:25 am, followed by Sports Car wheel-to-wheel race qualifying at 10:35 am and LSR pregrid at 11:10 am. LSR Race #1 begins at 11:30 am and the track will be closed from 12:00-1:00 pm. Sports Car pregrid begins at 1:10 pm with the wheel-to-wheel race at 1:30 pm. LSR pregrid is at 2:10 pm with the LSR Race #2 beginning at 2:30 pm. Track maintenance is from 3:00 – 3:15 pm with open track until 4:00 pm. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse from 11:30-1:00 pm, and the bar is open at 4:00 pm. Dinner in the Clubhouse will be served at 6:00 pm.

11 podiumOur Friday night dinner will include a feast prepared by our Chef Extraordinaire, Susan DeLisle. Bring your guests and enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow members after a fun and competitive day of racing!

Please note that if you are not attending or participating in the races you are welcome to join us for the Friday night dinner. Simply RSVP to Elizabeth to ensure we prepare enough food for everyone.

12 ladiesSaturday's activities begin at 8:00 am with open sessions for Sports Car and LSR followed by track maintenance and the Sports Car pregrid at 9:50 am. The Sports Car wheel-to-wheel race begins at 10:10 am, followed by track maintenance and LSR pregrid at 11:10 am. The LSR Race starts at 11:30 am with a Podium Presentation for all Classes at 12:10 pm. The track will be closed from 12-1:00 pm, and 25-minute open sessions for Sports Car and LSR will be run all afternoon. The track is closed at 4:00 pm and the Bar will be open at 2:30 pm. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse from 11:30-1:00 pm.13 race ready

Last month’s Race Weekend at Club Spring Mountain was filled with energy and excitement as 25 drivers spanning both divisions raced under beautiful clear blue skies on the Fittipaldi (F) 3.4-mile course. After Friday’s races, members and their guests were treated to a dinner prepared by Chef Susan especially paired with ultra-premium Blue Marble Cocktails.
