Construction and Development Update

Home Site Sales, Water Treatment Progress and Commercial Property News

03 TunnelRuss Meads of Double M Construction, General Contractor, reports construction of the Water Treatment plant is moving at a brisk pace. The east track was closed during the month of August to build a tunnel for access by the Utility Company, and we are pleased that the project was completed on time and our members are back on track.

Sales of lots at Spring Mountain Estates, our exclusive residential development with 80 home and mixed-use parcels, are going strong and we expect the pace to pick up for the fall season. Members who have been holding deposits on lots are finalizing their purchases and planning for the construction of their home at the facility. Mike Weeks, VP of Sales, states he is working with several buyers this month who are choosing their home sites and it won't be long before we see progress on properties being built along the perimeter of the track.

Exciting news...we have entered into an agreement with a a privately-held developer of master-planned business parks in the US to develop a portion of the 22 acres at the entrance to the facility. The agreement, not yet finalized, is for the construction of a major hotel property with a casino, restaurant and retail shops. More news on this in the next few months as we finalize our contract.

Choice lot locations at Spring Mountain Estates are available to Club members in various price ranges and they are moving fast. For additional information, contact Mike Weeks, VP of Sales mike@racespringmountain.com or by cell 949-235-7810.
