16 New Condos for Students Under Construction
NEW RESORT-STYLE CONDOMINIUMS OPEN THIS FALL
We are pleased to announce the expansion of our residential options for driving program students at Spring Mountain's Motor Resort and Country Club. 
The skyline at the facility is changing to include the development of a 16-unit Condominium/garage building in the lower paddock area, next to the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School operations. The new condominium complex, available for rent, features 16 deluxe units: half with double queens and half with king-sized beds. All units include private baths and wet bars. Five of the units will have rear balconies with great views of turns 1 and 2 and with only 60 feet between your window and the road course...wow what a great vantage point for watching all the action on the track! The new resort condos are a perfect place to relax after a day driving on the track. Simply walk from the classroom to your own private condominium.
The garages on the first floor will be large enough to accommodate multiple cars and extra vehicles, great for the multicar race teams or groups of friends who like to share set-up tips, and will be ready for a classroom setting. The building will also include additional restroom facilities for public access. The best feature of this building will be its location in the center of the Motor Resort for large event weekends when the upper paddock will be busy. For students of the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School this will be the new location for the Drivers meetings. The building is comprised of 15,000 + square feet and we are estimating a move-in date of October 1, 2011, just in time for the fall season.

Perfect Weather Forecast for Corvette Track Days Weekend!
Corvette Track Days - June 4-5, 2011
You couldn't ask for a better weekend for this year's much-anticipated Spring event. 
Come join Corvette enthusiasts in this year's Corvette's Only Corvette Track Days! Participants from all over the U.S. will converge this weekend on the 3.1-mile track, with its blind entries and lightning fast straight-aways for a one-of-a-kind experience that celebrates America's favorite sports car. The forecast for this weekend is sunny skies with highs of 82-83 degrees and lows of 58-60.
Corvette Track Days is a great value. Your $400 weekend includes 2 full days of driving, a Gourmet dinner party on Saturday night, and a Commemorative shirt. Also included in the price will be a Continental Breakfast. Lunch is available for purchase and will be catered by the Pahrump Nugget. Timing, Helmet Rental and Dyno-testing is available upon request, and the latest styles of Corvette and Spring Mountain logo apparel will be displayed on site.
