All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE!

If the student requires a change in his/her class date, the student must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the scheduled class date in order for the deposit/payment to apply to the new date. If due notice is not given, the deposit shall be forfeited. If a student changes his/her class date more than once, an additional $300 will be charged for each additional date change payable at the time of the request. 

INSURANCE

Ron Fellows Performance Driving School:

External damage insurance is included in the price of the school. The student is liable for the first $8,000 / $10,000 / $12,000 in external damage, depending on your school. The insurance covers all external damages after these amounts.

Ron Fellows Performance Driving School Liability Buy Down:

For some programs, students have the option to buy down the maximum liability. The following prices apply only to students driving an 8^th generation Corvette Stingray, and prices may increase for future models.

• Corvette Owners School and Intro to Open-Lapping (Level 1) insurance buy down is $200 for a new maximum liability of $2,000. This applies only to 8^th generation Corvette Stingrays.
• Advanced Track Days (Level 2) liability is $10,000 and is ineligible for a buy down. 
• Track Masters (Level 3) liability is $12,000 and is ineligible for a buy down.

Liability buy down for any class, if available, may be purchased anytime prior to the first in-car training session of the student’s purchased school.

Discounts

Discounts, reduction in pricing, etc. for schools, other than those published for Corvette Owners Schools, are only valid if applied and verified by the sales staff. Inappropriate use or website errors do not relieve the user of paying the full current cost of the school or course for which they are registering.

Deposits

In most cases, payment in full is required at the time of booking. However, Spring Mountain reserves the right to offer customers the ability to place a deposit to reserve a class date. The remaining cost of the class must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the start date of the class or as directed by the sales associate, whichever occurs first (deadline). If the customer fails to remit the final payment prior to the deadline, the customer's spot will be forfeited and the customer will forfeit all of their deposit. Only sales associates are authorized to approve deposits. Inappropriate use or website errors will nullify the registration and the customer will forfeit all of the deposit money paid.

Corvette Owners School

Only first retail owners or lessees of a new, unused Corvette C8 model are eligible. Offer is valid for 1 year after date of delivery. Subject to change without notice.
