As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. This artist’s rendering of the stunning Lakeside Villas is rapidly transforming into a tangible reality. We’re thrilled to announce that the Zook Homes at Lakeside Villas will be ready for occupancy in a matter of weeks! Get ready to experience luxurious lakeside living.
Lakeside Beauty Takes Shape:
- The lake is now fully filled, providing a serene and picturesque environment.
- Landscaping efforts are ongoing to enhance the area’s natural beauty.
- Guided tours will be offered during race weekend to witness this transformation. See below for specific times and locations.
- The Pickleball courts are rapidly approaching completion.

New Food Hall & Event Building:
- Plans are finalized for a 7,300 sq. ft. Food Hall & Event Building.
- Located adjacent to the Tiki Bar, it will feature a full production kitchen.
- This will enable catering for large events and buffet-style service in a resort setting.
- Upon completion, buffet service will move from the clubhouse.
- This move will allow for modernization and remodeling of the existing clubhouse.
We are committed to enhancing your Lakeside experience and look forward to sharing future exciting developments with you.

Get ready for high-octane action! The Spring Mountain 2024-2025 Race Series, fueled by Dakine, Vertra, and Safe Life Defense, roars into gear this weekend. Challenge yourself on the thrilling 2.76-mile Charleston Peak North Course, under perfect racing conditions: sunny skies and temperatures from the mid-40s to the low 70s. Let the competition begin!

- Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM
- Sunday – 8:00 AM
Clubhouse Dining:
- Friday, April 4, 2025
- Clubhouse Opens: 4:00 PM
- Golf-Style Games Begin at 5:00 pm
- Race Day Dinner: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM; Bar closes at 9:00 PM

Inaugural Race Weekend at Our New Karting Facility, April 12-13

Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club is thrilled to announce we’ll be hosting Round 3 of the 2025 ProKart Challenge, April 12-13. Witness the resurgence of Superkarts! USA right here in Pahrump. Our newly paved karting facility, completed in 2024, is ready to welcome 150 high-speed racers and 600 enthusiastic spectators for its inaugural race weekend. Get ready for an unforgettable experience.
Spring Mountain Karting‘s ‘Back to the XPlex’ event revives a historic track. The 0.73-mile ‘North’ course replicates the legendary XPlex circuit, former home of the inaugural 1997 Superkarts! USA SuperNationals. This April’s ProKart Challenge brings back fond memories for SKUSA veterans.
