Welcome to Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club, an 866-acre drivers paradise on the brink of the most exciting growth in our 15-year history. We’re racing into the fall season with news about land acquisitions, track expansion, and monumental changes to the skyline at the facility. In addition, new performance driving programs will soon be revealed.

Spring Mountain is the Official High-Performance Driving School of Corvette with the exclusive Ron Fellows Performance Driving School. We are thrilled to announce the arrival of the next generation C8 mid-engine Corvettes this fall! Cadillac enthusiasts can experience the power of the V-Performance Academy and drive the responsive CTS-V and ATS-V models. For Club Sport Racers, we are distributors for Radical and Wolf Racing Cars featuring high-level performance and speed on the track. Our Exclusive private motorsports alliance, Club Spring Mountain, features a clubhouse, condominiums, private garages, a racquetball court, a 4.5-acre freshwater lake and more.
With over 50 available configurations for drivers of all levels, we offer 6.1 miles of adrenaline pumping road course. A combination of fast sweeping corners, quick esses, off-camber turns, over 125 ft of elevation change and 4 high-speed straights, the track is the perfect environment to keep your car and your skills in constant transition. Water sports fans can experience Lake Spring Mountain, our sparkling lake with white-sand beaches, a Tiki bar, and water sports rentals (open seasonally.)
Construction is set to begin this year on a Casino, a 5-story Marriott Hotel, Restaurant and Retail shops

Launch of the C8 Corvette
The Mid-Engine Corvette Supercar Arrives at the Track this Fall
The long-awaited 8th generation mid-engine Corvette Stingray was revealed to the public in a spectacular worldwide launch (also live streamed to the public) on July 18. Spring Mountain Partners John Morris and Brad Rambo attended the event, along with Dave Petrie, General Manager, and Todd Crutcher, Marketing Director. Ron Fellows, Corvette Racing Legend, also made an appearance, and cars emblazoned with his name lined up in the grassy area surrounding the hangar.
The event began with a patriotic tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 landing, after which General Motors President Mark Reuss drove the 2020 Corvette C8 onto the stage of a hangar in Tustin, California. The new car, he said, “represents one giant leap for Corvette.”

During the event, Reuss announced that the mid-engine supercar will start at less than $60,000 when it goes on sale later this year. The new C8 is a huge step up from the C7 with more power, a below three-second zero-to-60 mph time, a more luxurious interior, and a lot more standard and available features.
As the Official High Performance Driving School of Chevrolet, Spring Mountain is eagerly awaiting the arrival of 40 C8 Stingrays and will be conducting the dealer training program at the facility beginning in October, with 1.5-day courses available to qualifying Chevrolet dealers across the country. Acquisition of 553 Acres from BLM
Expansion Plans already in Progress for Adjacent Land
Recently we announced the successful close of escrow on 553.27 acres of property directly adjacent to the facility. The parcel, identified as phase one of a two-part sale from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM,) was awarded by modified competitive sealed-bid sale. With the addition of the new parcel, the total size of the facility is now 866 acres.
Immediate improvements on the property are being planned, beginning with a 3.2-mile track extension, new buildings and a paddock area for track operations. With this addition, Spring Mountain can run more simultaneous track configurations and multiple long track variations for driving school operations, track rentals and corporate events, with the longest course estimated to total 9 miles in length. Eventually, phase two will include yet another track extension of 7 miles, which will make Spring Mountain home to the longest road course in the world.
Water & Sewer Treatment Plant Receives State Approval
$13.7M Project Serves Spring Mountain Estates, Commercial & Surrounding Areas
After years of planning, construction and governmental red-tape related to our Water & Sewer Treatment Plant, Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club received its Permit to Operate a Public Water System from the Division of Environmental Protection Bureau of Safe Drinking Water. The $13.7 Million Water and Sewer Treatment plant serves Spring Mountain Estates, the Commercial development and surrounding areas.
The approval paves the way for significant growth beginning this season. Major changes to the skyline are planned at the front entrance, with our commercial development poised to begin construction this year. Conditional use permits for a 125-room 5-story Marriott Hotel, Casino, Starbucks and two additional restaurant pads were applied for this summer by Majestic Properties. Construction on the project will begin in mid-October, and we are thrilled to offer our customers more options for recreation, dining and entertainment at the facility.

Rick Malone, our Chief Driving Instructor, was featured on a recent episode of the Gadget Guru with Andy Pargh. Andy attended one of our Corvette Owner Schools and sat down with Rick to discuss Spring Mountain’s High-Performance driving programs.
