New Property Owners at Spring Mountain Estates
Residential Development Project Underway
Sales of lots at Spring Mountain Estates, our exclusive residential development with 80 home and mixed-use parcels, are continuing at a brisk pace. Members who have been holding deposits on parcels are finalizing their purchase and planning for the construction of their home at the facility. The Spring Mountain Estates Homeowners Association has been established with 24-hour security, landscaping, road maintenance and more.
Mike Weeks, VP of Sales, reports 17 lots are closing or have closed in the past few weeks, with many more on the horizon. We are preparing the subdivision map for the RV parcels on top of the lake, and along with our partner, Platinum Member Jeffrey Cheng, building plans are in development for our lakeside restaurant, Sunset Grill, an upscale, casual eatery and cocktail lounge with seating for 100 people featuring lake views and an upstairs patio with panoramic vistas of the motor resort.
Jeffrey will lead the way in construction, with plans forging ahead to begin work on his first mixed-use parcel in the very near future.
The water and sewer plant is moving along with expectations to complete the project by fall of this year. Meetings with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to acquire more acreage adjacent to the facility for additional track and supporting structures are in process.
Bids from local developers are being collected for the 22-acre Commercial property directly in front of the facility. Hotels, Restaurants, Retail, gaming and more are being planned to enhance your experience at the Club. We will keep you apprised in the next few months as ideas are finalized.

Lake Spring Mountain is Open for the Season
Water Sports and Relaxation at the Lake this Summer
Refresh, relax and have some fun in the sun at Lake Spring Mountain, which opened for the season May 20. Our four-acre fresh-water lake and the surrounding grounds will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Sundays for the summer season.
Payten Murphy, Lake Coordinator, reports that in addition to swimming and sunbathing, members and guests can rent fun water craft such as paddleboards, kayaks, rafts, and pedal boats. For shelter from the desert sun, cabanas are available for 4-hour or all-day rentals. Our tropical 
Tiki bar offers a variety of refreshing beverages and snacks.

Race Weekend – June 2-3
Don’t miss the last race contest of the Spring Season
Join fellow members for another exciting race competition June 2-3 on the 3.9-mile Andretti (C) configuration with high-speed straights and technical passes.
Beginning Friday at 7:00 am (please note the earlier-than-usual start time,) Sports Car (includes Miata, EXR and Lotus) and LSR run sessions for practice and qualifying will be held, followed by Mandatory Drivers only meetings in the Administrative Building. The Lotus/EXR Race will be held at 9:40 am; the Miata Race at 10:30 am, and the LSR Race at 11:20 am, followed by podium presentations for all classes. Lunch will be served in the Clubhouse at 12:15 pm with Open 
Track sessions beginning at 1:15 pm for all categories. The Bar opens at 3:00 with dinner in the Clubhouse at 6:00 pm.
Friday Night Dinner! Please join us for our Clubhouse Dinner on Friday night at 6:00 pm. Once again Susan DeLisle, Executive Chef, is preparing a delicious feast you won’t want to miss, including Shrimp Cocktail, Surf and Turf, and more! Find out what’s on the menu for race weekend.
Saturday begins at 7:00 am with practice and qualifying sessions for Sports Cars and LSR, followed by Mandatory Drivers only meetings in the Administrative Building.
