Grand Opening of Lake Spring Mountain
Officially Opening June 4 for fun and Water Activities
Visit Club Spring Mountain this spring and summer for a perfect combination of luxury and heart-pounding excitement. The season is heating up with activities on the track, so why not cool down at Lake Spring Mountain, our oasis for water recreation at the facility. The lake features colorful ground cover, palm trees, a volleyball court, fire-pits and island-style white sand. Construction on the Tiki Bar is nearly complete and you will soon be enjoying refreshing drinks and a tiki menu with hot dogs, pizza, burgers and tacos. During the warmer months we’ve got parties and celebrations planned all summer long.
After your run session, make it a point to stop by the lake, schedule a water-propelled Jetpack ride and rent a paddle board, a bike, kayak or pedal boat for great fun and exercise. Relax in the Tiki bar, enjoy a chilled beverage and watch all the action around you. Beginning June 4 the Lake is officially open for fun! Join us for all the action at this weekend’s Club Race weekend! June 10-12 you will have the opportunity to observe world-class hydro flyers at Hydro-Fest 2016.

The Best Hydro Flyers in the World will showcase their talents here
Hydro-Fest 2016 at Lake Spring Mountain is the first industry-wide event to bring together all aspects of the hydroflight industry, which has become one of the fastest growing recreational sports segments in the world. Featuring water-jetpacking, jetboarding and jetbiking, Hydro-Fest 2016 will bring together the talents of the best hydroflight athletes in the world. Jetpack America is one of the major sponsors of the event, which will be a hybrid of sport, competition, festival, music and fun for all. Whether you watch the amazing feats of hydro flyers 50-feet above the water or enjoy the festival fun, all attendees will have a blast and come away with increased interest 
and respect for this amazing new sport.
Visitors to the weekend long event will take a few “hot laps” with professional drivers in race-ready Corvettes. Water and beach related fun such as slack lines, beach volleyball and paddle boards will also be on the agenda.

Wolf Racing News
Victories for the Wolf GB08 in the Endurance Champions Cup
The teams lining up the Wolf GB08 at the circuit of Imola – first round of the 3 Hour Endurance Champions Cup by Peroni Race Group had a great weekend. Luca Pirri and Giorgio Vinella opened the season taking a stunning victory for the newly born team LP Racing, while Davide Amaduzzi posted the fastest lap of the race on his #11 Wolf GB08 lined up by Team Emotion.
The appointment at the Ferrari circuit has been a great debut for LP Racing that started on a 
high since qualifying, as Luca Pirri put his #88 Wolf GB08 in pole position. LP Racing ran a dominant race, leaving the lead only for a few laps after the start and during the pit stops phase. Pirri and Vinella installed themselves on top at lap 37 and did not leave it since. Such a great performance allowed them to pull away from Ghezzi-Cerati-Romani (Porsche 997 GT3R), that ended second and from Rinaldi-Biffis, third on Tatuus PY012.

Top Gun Challenge
Charity Event Pits Sheriff’s Office against Fire Rescue
The Top Gun Challenge was hosted at Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club on April 30. The charity event, organized by our expert Driving Instructor personnel, consisted of a Corvette autocross competition between contenders in the Nye County Sheriff’s Department and Pahrump Valley Fire Rescue.

Club Race Weekend – May 20-22
Come join the fun and competition this weekend!
Join us for another action-packed Club race event, with beautiful weather expected for your weekend of fun. We’re hoping to have a great turnout from members and guests with a full grid of contenders for trophies and bragging rights. Come out to watch or participate in the “gentleman-style” racing and enjoy the amenities during your stay.
Your weekend will begin on Friday at 9:00 am with 30-minute run sessions for Light Sport Racer (Wolf and Radicals) and Sports Car categories. A fun Bracket Race will be held at 3:15 pm, preceded by a mandatory Race Drivers meeting in the Administrative building. Your Saturday events will begin earlier than usual at 7:30 am with a Driver’s Meeting in the Clubhouse. Qualifying sessions for Miata and LSR will be followed by a non-racers session, a Miata and LSR Race meeting and races for both Miata and CSM Light Sport Racers. An open track session and podium presentation for all classes will be held before lunch. After lunch we will have an open track followed by a Drivers Meeting for the Endurance Race participants, and a one hour Endurance Race for Light Sport Racers, Miatas and Sports Cars! Sunday will feature run sessions for Miatas and LSR categories followed by Miata and Light Sport Races, a gourmet lunch and open track all afternoon.
This month’s race weekend will feature the Andretti “B” 4-mile road course on Friday through Sunday.
Rentals of our luxury-style loft condominiums can be arranged through Kelsey Eisenzimer, Members Coordinator. Our condominiums feature all the comforts of a high-end hotel with the perfect trackside location, so invite your guests to stay with us on race weekend and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer.
Race fees are $200.00 per day for members participating in the Light Sport Racer category, and a $200.00 track support fee per day. Please note that in order to provide sufficient race support staff on hand for the weekend we need your RSVP as soon as possible. Please contact Kelsey with the details of your stay. Kelsey will ensure you have accommodations for yourself and your guests, along with anything else you may require while you are here.
Clubhouse Party Saturday night Banquet! You and your guests are invited to join us for an evening of cocktails, dinner and celebration at the Clubhouse on Saturday night, with a delicious menu by Executive Chef Susan. Throughout the race weekend buffet breakfasts are included in your race fees. Lunches are 15.00 with pre-registration or $20.00 at the event, and Dinner is $35.00 with pre-registration or $40.00 at the event.
