From exciting new construction and enhanced facilities to fresh partnerships that elevate the member experience, every corner of the property reflects our shared vision for continued growth and excellence, both on and off the track. The Commons Restaurant
- A 7,500 sq. ft. dining and gathering space planned above the Pavilion at the Lake.
- Project completion expected mid-2027.
- Open to both Club Members and Driving School students.
- Once complete, the existing Clubhouse will become members-only.
Pro Shop & Welcome Center
- Zac and Melaney continue to refine the member experience with new products and layout updates.
- The Welcome Center has moved temporarily to the simulator space, creating a cleaner setup with more race gear on display.

Welcome to Sigier Motorsport, providing expanded trackside support for KTM drivers.
- A permanent base is coming soon to the Charleston Peak Garages, featuring Simon Sigier’s KTM racecars. (Learn more about this elite motorsports company below.)
Additional Shop Space on the Horizon
- A 9,000 square foot facility will be available in about nine months, further enhancing member services.
The Cove at the Lake
- The former Tiki Bar has been refreshed as The Cove, opening this month, as the perfect lakeside spot to unwind.

November Race Weekend at the Club
Racing, Remembrance, and a Weekend of Gratitude at the Club

We’re gearing up for an unforgettable November at Spring Mountain — filled with thrilling races, heartfelt celebration, and a festive dinner in true Club Spring Mountain style.
The Spring Mountain Race Series returns November 13–16 on the Charleston Peak 2.63-mile South Course, with exciting competition, strong turnouts, and a new highlight video capturing the energy from our last event.
After the checkered flag on Friday, enjoy a Thanksgiving-inspired dinner featuring Chef Adam’s roasted turkey, brown sugar ham, and homemade pies — the perfect way to celebrate a weekend of racing, friendship, and gratitude.

Members and guests are also invited to join us for the Celebration of Life honoring John Morris on Saturday, November 15 at 3:30 PM at the Lake, followed by a Pickleball Tournament on Sunday. More Info and RSVP Here
Please Note: The Celebration of Life will be a relaxed and informal gathering by the lake. While there is no formal seating, high-top tables and lounge areas for those who prefer to sit will be available. The ceremony will be brief, and we encourage guests to stand, mingle, and enjoy the flow of the event around the lake and bar area.

Karting Momentum Builds in Southern Nevada
Spring Mountain Karting continues to grow the sport — one lap at a time

We’re excited to share that planning is underway for the 2026 Spring Mountain Karting (SMK) Series schedule, along with opportunities to welcome additional racing series and clubs to our facility — all part of our commitment to expanding the reach of karting in Southern Nevada.
Spring Mountain Karting hosted the second race of its inaugural season on October 18–19, with an impressive 37 drivers competing on the North Track for a weekend of fast-paced, action-packed racing. Meanwhile, our Intro to Karting programs took place on the South Track, where new drivers experienced the excitement of our CRG Centurion karts firsthand.
Next up: the second-to-last race of the Spring Mountain Karting Race Series, scheduled for November 8–9! Registration is now open — join us for another thrilling weekend of competition, camaraderie, and karting fun at Spring Mountain. The event is open to members, non-members, and spectators.
