Spring Mountain Estates
Own your own home at our new Residential Development.
This year many of our Club Spring Mountain members are building their home away
from home at our new on-site residential development, Spring Mountain Estates. A large number of spacious home sites have already been sold with plans for custom homes of all levels…from modest to dream home proportions. The recording of the final parcel map with Nye County, Nevada is expected in June, and the first model home is also under construction.

As we continue to evolve into a true destination resort, plans for the commercial center outside the facility include the construction of hotels, restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and other retail outlets.
Water Sports at Lake Spring Mountain
Are you ready for the experience of a lifetime on the water?
Water-Propelled Jetpack flights, an exciting new adrenaline high, are now available at
Lake Spring Mountain, our sparkling new freshwater lake at the facility. The staff at Jetpack America will show you how to soar high above the water, fly through the air, hover, and dive underwater like a dolphin, coaching you through your flight from start to finish. Water-propelled jet-packing is gaining notoriety in the area, as Fox 5 Vegas was recently on-site at the lake for a live segment with their correspondent Karl Man. Watch the live segment here!

As the Official High Performance Driving School of Corvette, the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School has once again has raffled a 2-Day driving school for those who signed up for the Corvette Corrals at select TUDOR Championship races. The prize winner at the ROLEX 24 at Daytona, was Adam Self, pictured at left with Ron Fellows.
