Lakeside Living Starts Now!

The Casitas are Open and Ready for your Next Adventure

We’re excited to announce that the Lakeside Casitas are officially open and ready to welcome guests! Thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience, each of the 30 casitas features a luxurious king-sized bed, a queen-sized pull-out sofa, a 50″ television, and a mini refrigerator—ideal for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Guests can choose between 16 stunning lake view units or 14 scenic mountain view casitas, all offering a serene retreat just steps from the water.

The lake area is officially open for use, and the final touches are coming together. While we’re finalizing the specific lake guidelines, the lake will be ready for use by the end of the month. Guests are welcome to enjoy everything this vibrant new space has to offer. Whether you’re looking to paddleboard across calm waters, relax in the sun, or challenge your friends to a lively game on our pickleball courts, the lake area is your new go-to for recreation and relaxation.

Grab a lounge chair, soak up the sun, or enjoy a peaceful moment by the shore—this space was designed for both activity and leisure, offering something for everyone.

Guest Services: Your Onsite Concierge

The Guest Services Building, located at the lake adjacent to the pickleball courts, will serve as the central hub for all resort activities and guest support. Whether you’re looking to book a massage, inquire about a wine tasting at Charleston Peak Winery, or check out pickleball paddles for a friendly game, Guest Services will be your go-to resource. Staffing and schedules are being finalized, with full guest support anticipated to be available soon.

Enhanced In-Room Media Experience

We’re also rolling out a media upgrade across all Casitas and Condos, designed with the hospitality guest in mind. Guests will enjoy:

• A personalized welcome screen
• Rotating ads highlighting available amenities
• A curated selection of TV channels
• Access to popular streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu

Whether you’re here for rest, recreation, or racing, the Lakeside Casitas are designed to elevate your stay from the moment you check in.

Gearing Up for the 2025–2026 Race Season

New Events, Updated Rules, and More Ways to Connect at the Track

The 2025–2026 Race Season is fast approaching, and we’ve got an exciting lineup in store! You asked for more group activities—and we listened.

Every month this season, we’ll be hosting a special event to bring members and guests together. Some months will feature Friday night gatherings, while others will include Thursday afternoon socials, allowing your guests to enjoy some fun while you’re out practicing.

• Minor rule changes have been made for the upcoming season
• New classes have been defined for the Sports Car Series
• Number plates need to be printed for all drivers

Celebrating John Morris

Join Us November 15 for a Celebration of Life Honoring our Visionary Leader

It is with full hearts and deep admiration that we remember our Chairman, John Morris, who passed away on May 17. A true visionary, John lived life at full throttle—passionately, fearlessly, and always in motion.

John’s impact was far-reaching, both professionally and personally. He was more than a leader; he was a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, known for his generosity of spirit, sharp wit, and unwavering commitment to those he loved and the community he helped build.

We invite you to join us for an informal Celebration of Life in honor of John’s extraordinary legacy.

How to Access the Member Calendar & RSVP

We’ve made it easier than ever to view your Member Calendar and RSVP through our new website!

On Desktop:

1. Visit racespringmountain.com
2. Click the Guest Services button in the red header bar (top right corner)
3. Select Member Calendar
4. You’ll see your track days and RSVP options just like before

On Mobile:

1. Go to racespringmountain.com
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner
3. Tap Guest Services
4. Select Member Calendar to view your schedule and RSVP

Quick Tip: You can also scroll to the bottom of any page and click Guest Services from the footer to return to the Member Calendar quickly.

• Beginning August 1st, you can book directly through the Guest Services > Book a Massage page on our website.
• For appointments before August 1st, please call Tina directly at 775-513-9360.

Karting Clinics Now Available!

Ready to hit the karting track?

• Don’t have a kart? No problem! Book a Karting Clinic and experience the thrill of the CRG Centurion Kart—available now via the Guest Services page.
• Bringing your own kart? You can RSVP for your karting track days through the same portal.
