Spring Mountain’s East track is a great mix of long straights and technical turns. With mountain and estates views, and its close proximity to three rentable spaces and a paddock area, it is a great location for VIP groups or smaller track rentals.
The East track rental includes access to a 300’ x 565’ paddock, adjacent to the M building, House 277, and the classroom.
The M Building is a 5,000 sq.ft., two-room garage with bay doors opening onto the paddock. It can be utilized for storage or transformed into a seminar space, banquet hall, dining area, etc.
Need an indoor classroom space? We have you covered. The classroom is set up with a touch-screen display that mirrors the HDMI connected computer, perfect for presentations.
