This beautiful home includes 18 Bedrooms and 20 Bathrooms. Bedrooms can accomodate a variety of sleeping arrangements, including one bed, two beds, bunk beds and conjoined rooms. Each room has its own attached full bathroom.

A unique feature of this home is that each room can be accessed externally, like a hotel, with locking interior and exterior doors, allowing for privacy as guests come and go.

As an available upgrade, enjoy the oversized 3-bay garage that opens directly to the paddock. This feature will truly join your Spring Mountain Estates experience to your track and paddock exercises, creating an ultimate and luxurious VIP experience.
