    • Completion of safety tunnel between the entrance and 2.2 mile paddock

    2010
    • Spring Mountain becomes the Official High Performance Driving School of Chevrolet
    • Michelin becomes the official tire of the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School
    • Addition of a 45-foot Timing and Viewing Tower
    • Second addition of 13-unit Club Condominiums completed
    • Michelin Pedestrian Bridge is constructed
    • New .6 mile straight track expansion added
    • Additional paddock areas and landscaping completed

    2011
    • Brand new fleet of Radical Sports Cars purchased for Radical Racing School
    • Radical West USA opens 5,000 square foot showroom
    • Completed construction of 16-unit Condominium/garage building

    2012
    • Completed major expansion of Administration building and mechanics garage
    • Acquired 120-acre parcel
    • Announced partnership with "Sister Club" Monticello Motor Club
    • Added 3/4 mile track extension
    • Introduced In-car Flag Alert System
    • Installed 3,000 square foot shade cover
    • Introduced ALL New Cadillac V-Series Academy
    • Construction completed on full commercial kitchen

    2013
    • Added over 2 miles of new road cours making Spring Mountain the longest road course in North America
    • Announced partnership with "Sister Club" Autobahn
    • Announced Radical Cup 2013, sanctioned by NARRA
    • Completed new 7200 sq. ft. multi-purpose Training and Event Center
    • Installed 3,000 square foot shade cover
    • Added 14-bay garage building
    • Began grading on 80 residential home sites
    • Spring Mountain chosen as the Official 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Dealer Sales Academy

    2014
    • Construction begins on Spring Mountain private Estates
    • Construction completed on a 24-hour security controlled main facility entrance
    • 5000 sq. foot Manufacturers building is open
    • 2500 sq. foot Welcome Center for visitors is open
    • Lake Spring Mountain construction is completed
    • Spring Mountain Celebrates their 10 Year Anniversary
    • Grand Opening of the new Jetpack America flight center at Lake Spring Mountain

    2015
    • Construction begins on the first model home for Spring Mountain Estates
