CADILLAC V-SERIES CERTIFICATION

Thank you for registering representatives from your dealership to attend the 3rd annual V-Series Certification at Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club! This immersive experience will commemorate 20 years of V-Series performance and will directly improve interactions with your luxury performance customers. It is limited to 50 attendees per session. This year, you will also enjoy V-Series Certification related content on Cadillac IQ.

Once certified,  your sales consultants and service advisors will be able to personally attest to the exhilarating performance of each V-Series vehicle. Your entire dealership will benefit from the experience and knowledge gained from this opportunity!


This experience includes*:

Specialized modules led by the V-Series Pit Crew and Cadillac SMEs, track time in the full Cadillac V-Series line-up and information from key Cadillac partners. Your dealers will also enjoy an evening welcome reception, along with 2 nights of accommodations, breakfast and lunch, and transportation to and from Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club.

*Program applies to qualified Cadillac dealer representatives only. All program events and functions are for program attendees only. All spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registrant code is required to provide payment.

Throughout this experience, you’ll enjoy lively discussions with key partners as well as immersive learning sessions with subject-matter experts on engineering, marketing, and appealing to discerning luxury customers. You will be able to confidently sell to your customers using your personal experience in all Cadillac V-Series vehicles. Dealerships that have at least one staff member successfully complete this certification will be able to proudly promote “V-Series Certified Staff” in the dealer locator and Tier 3 advertising. PROGRAM FAQs

Who should I consider sending to V-Certification? 

General Managers should consider sending personnel that most directly interact with customers daily. The information shared will be critical in building relationships with the customers purchasing and owning V-Series vehicles. Ideally, delegates to V-Certification would include:

  • Sales Advisors
  • Sales Managers
  • Service Advisors

Why should I consider sending my sales and/or service advisors to the Cadillac V-Series Certification?

  • In-depth instruction regarding the Cadillac V-Series family of vehicles – including marketing, engineering, and design throughout the lineup.
  • First-hand experience behind the wheel of Cadillac V-Series and V-Series Blackwing vehicles with professional instruction, leading to a thorough understanding of vehicle capabilities.
  • Opportunity to advertise “V-Series Certified Staff” in dealer locator and Tier 3 advertising

Will my dealership get extra or exclusive allocation by having V-Series certified advisors?

No. Allocation will follow same guidelines as usual, and this program does not impact allocation. However, this program will provide more credibility to the dealers who participate which will appeal to this discerning customer.

How long will my certification be active?

The certification will be active for the lifecycle of current generation CT4-V, CT4-V Blackwing, CT5-V, CT5-V Blackwing and Escalade-V.

Can I select which date my sales and/or service advisors attend the program?

Yes. You may select your preference for one of the two sessions being offered when registering staff for the 1.5-day program.
Session 1 dates: November 6-7
Session 2 dates: November 8-9

  • All session spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis
  • Registering staff will be taken as a preference.
  • Full payment via credit card will confirm your staff registrations and ensure your session date.

Where can I go to enroll one (or more) of my sales and/or service advisors?

Once you opt-in via the registration link provided in the invitation, you will receive an email with a registration code. You will then be directed to a Spring Mountain link to formally register and pay for the session available.

All confirmation and scheduling details will be handled by Spring Mountain Motor Resort in conjunction with Jack Morton Worldwide.

How many staff can I register for this program?

You can register up to 2 representatives from your dealership. Additionally, there will be a field in the registration process where you may note if you would be interested in sending more than 2 staff members. A waitlist is being created to address these requests and if space permits, we would be in touch.

Is there any benefit to sending the same staff year-over-year?

Each year we will be introducing a new module. The benefit of year over year attendance will be the additional module and proof of participation for display in your dealership.

Is staff enrollment in the V-Series Certification program eligible to be paid for by Cadillac iMR?

Yes. Cadillac iMR funds may be used to cover staff enrollment in the V-Series Certification program

Will this program be available later?

No. Any dealer that wants their sales and/or service advisors to become V-Series certified should enroll for the Fall 2022 program as soon as possible.

Can I change my mind after enrollment and cancel my staff members’ attendance?

If you change your mind after enrollment, please reach out via email to registration@cadillaceventsinfo.com for further information and details

What if my V-Series certified advisors leave the dealership?

We currently don’t have makeup class opportunities. GMs should use discretion when selecting individuals to represent their store. It’s recommended to take turnover and personnel history into consideration for staff certification training.
