Enter into a New Era at Club Spring Mountain

New electronic gates ensure Club members' security; new welcome center and more!

Club Spring Mountain has embarked 01-SMNewEntrance20142on a new phase of development at our 330-acre private motorsports resort destination. Construction is nearly complete on a 24-hour security controlled entrance and soon a high-resolution Jumbotron screen with graphics and video will display events for drivers on Highway 160. For fast and convenient entry Club Spring Mountain members will receive a gate access card.

Nye County approved the new zoning and master plan on April 9, which allows for the new expansion. The development agreement is on the County agenda for May 14 and May 22, after which we will be approved on the County level for all building and development to move forward, thanks to the diligence of Russ Meads of Double M Construction, Official Contractor of Spring Mountain. CEO John Morris' home is underway and framing will be vertical this weekend.

The Chevrolet Dealer program concluded this month, which means the Clubhouse is now back to its regular schedule. Construction is set to begin on a 2,500 sq ft Welcome Center for visitor sign-in, track viewing, apparel sales and an information headquarters, with completion expected late spring. A 5,000 sq ft showroom for car manufacturers is also under construction near the new Training and Event Center. That building will be expanded later this year with a second clubhouse and kitchen to serve the new section of the track.

Spring is here, with longer days and more hours of driving the longest road course in North America. While you're out on the track, rest assured your guests will be well taken care of by our top-notch staff and will enjoy all the comforts and amenities of an upscale resort. So don't delay - make plans to visit your all-new private oasis! Looking forward to seeing you at the track this season.
