October Excitement at Club Spring Mountain

Celebrate the changing of the season this month at Club Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club. The weather is perfect and Fall Season at the Club is now in high gear. New and returning racers can participate in both the Bracket-style and Radical competitions at the Club Race weekend on October 22-23, so ALL makes and models of cars can participate in the fun. Also on the calendar this weekend is the Lotus Owners Gathering (LOG) event on Sunday October 16. Club members will have our own run sessions throughout the day, with a catered lunch in the Clubhouse.  Consult our Calendar for all the upcoming events!

Now is the perfect time to play at Club Spring Mountain, with track weekends, races and fun events planned for the season. All the benefits of membership await your guests while you're playing on the track, including working out in the fitness center, the massage center, the pool and Jacuzzi, racquetball, or visiting with members and friends in the Club lounge.

Great news for you and your guests! Our 16-unit Residential Condominium/Garage Building is now complete. The new building features 16 luxury condominiums with kitchenettes and will allow you and your guests more space for overnight stays in comfort, style and convenience during high-demand Club weekends. Many of the units have two queen beds to accommodate larger families. Stay tuned.....there's more news in store this season as plans are unveiled for future development at our state-of-the-art facility for motorsports enthusiasts.

Lotus Owners Gathering THIS Weekend!

All Club Members Invited to Participate October 16, 2011

Lotus Cup USA welcomes members of Club Spring Mountain to an exciting day at Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club on Sunday, October 16th. This is the largest Lotus gathering in North America. They will be hosting a high performance driving event in conjunction with Round 7 of the Lotus Cup USA championship. Club members will be driving in their own run group on the 3.1-mile track during 30-minute run sessions scheduled throughout the day.

An official LOG 31 lunch will be catered in the Spring Mountain Clubhouse. GM Mexico Event at Spring Mountain

A Huge Success thanks to Club Members' Assistance

On September 8, 2011, 300 of the top Chevrolet dealers from Mexico convened at Spring Mountain Motor Resort & Country Club to be introduced to the latest models of Corvette, Camaro, Cadillac, and Volt at with an intensive driving training circuit showcasing each model. Our expert driving instructors ran a very successful all-day program. We would also like to thank members of Club Spring Mountain who assisted us as instructors at this big event: Stan Yoshihara, Joe and Marleen Collura, Tony Mazzagatti, Salomon Braun, Robb Bonanno, Michael Von Quilich, Jeff Wenger and Jim Diefenbach. We appreciate your support. Thanks to your assistance, the event was even more successful and fun.

Club Race Weekend - October 22-23, 2011

Word is spreading...BIG Starting Grid Expected

The next Club Spring Mountain Race Weekend of the season is October 22-23, 2010 and it's going to be bigger than ever! We are expecting the largest field of Radicals and Sports Cars ever at this special event, with cars competing for trophies, points and bragging rights. The popular new Bracket-style race will be held both Saturday and Sunday, which includes ALL makes of cars! Slower cars and drivers will start the race with a time advantage over faster and more experienced drivers, so everyone has an equal chance to win the contest.

Please mark your calendars to attend this exciting event, which will include back-to-back run sessions all day, a Radical and Bracket-style race on both Saturday and Sunday, and a special Clubhouse dinner on Saturday night, October 22, 2011. On Saturday we will be running the 3.4-mile track, and on Sunday the 2.9-mile course will be in use. A complimentary continental breakfast will be served in the Clubhouse each day, and the price for lunches is $15.00 per person with pre-registration or $20.00 at the event, and dinner is $35.00 per person, not including alcoholic beverages at the bar.

We hope to have a GREAT turnout at the Clubhouse Dinner on Saturday night, so please make your plans to join us at this fun event. Don't forget to RSVP for lunch and dinner to ensure enough food will be prepared for you and your guests.

Club members are cordially invited to participate in both the Radical and Bracket-style races. The cost for the race weekend for members and guests are $450.00 per day, which includes race fees and full track support. Invite your friends and family to come out and be your cheerleaders in one of our many race-viewing venues at the facility. With consecutive 25-minute sessions in Race Car, Sports Car and Novice Groups, you'll have the time of your life as you compete with your fellow members at this unforgettable weekend race.
