Parkside Home Project: The Final Chapter

Final Homes Arriving, Lush Landscaping, and a 1.3-acre Swimming Lake

Get ready to be amazed! We're excited to unveil the latest developments at Spring Mountain Parkside.

• Delivery of Final Units: With 29 Zook homes already on the property, the final units are expected soon. 30 elegant Parkside homes will be nestled among 38 RV spaces with breathtaking views. (Click to enlarge the photo.)
• 1.3 Acre Swimming Lake: We are thrilled to announce plans for a swimming lake for our members' enjoyment. Spanning about 1.3 acres, this lake will enhance the natural beauty of the area and offer recreational opportunities for years to come.
• Landscaping Plans. The new RV park will be transformed into a serene desert oasis. Over 100 stunning trees, a mix of evergreen and deciduous species, will provide year-round color and beauty. In addition, over 500 blooming plants and cacti will showcase the wonders of the desert flora.
• These lush landscapes will not only complement the Zook homes but also line the walking trails and surround the firepits, creating private and picturesque gathering areas. As night falls, the trees and homes will be illuminated with soft landscape lighting, setting the perfect ambiance for evening relaxation by the fire.
• Enhanced Access: A new access road is under construction to provide a more convenient route to homes, bypassing school traffic. The main road will now run in front of the former Aquatic Center.
• New Guest Services: The former Aquatic Center is being transformed into a state-of-the-art Guest Services building, open 7 days a week to assist you.
• Elevated Wellness: Our Massage Room is renovating to provide a more relaxing experience.
• Community Hub: A dedicated pavilion with fire pits, a multi-purpose building with a commercial kitchen and outdoor seating, and 3 new lighted Pickleball courts will offer new outdoor recreation and socializing opportunities.

Another major project for our members is the construction of two 5,000-square-foot buildings above the water tanks. We should begin grading the building pads any day now.

Spring Mountain Karting: New Facilities and Services

Exciting updates for our karting community

We're thrilled to announce several key developments at Spring Mountain Karting:

• New Temporary Facilities: A temporary office will be delivered today, providing a dedicated space for check-in, and administrative tasks. Additionally, temporary containers have been purchased to store our fleet of CRG karts at the south track.
• Corporate Events and Group Clinics: We're excited to launch our corporate events and group clinic programs. These sessions are a fantastic way to experience the thrill of karting and are perfect for team-building or group outings. • Infrastructure Improvements: To enhance the overall experience, we're paving the road leading into the track, around the paddock, and additional parking areas. This will significantly reduce dust and improve accessibility.
• New Kart Sales and Maintenance Services: We're excited to offer the latest CRG KA100 karts for sale. Click for more details. Four Days of Nonstop Action December 5-8

The thrilling Spring Mountain 2024-2025 Race Series, sponsored by Dakine, Vertra, and Safe Life Defense, continues this month. Conquer the challenging 2.63-mile Charleston Peak South Course under ideal racing conditions – sunny skies and temperatures ranging from the mid-30s to the low-60s.

Race Registration:

• Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM

Clubhouse Dining:

• Friday, December 6, 2024
• Clubhouse Opens: 4:00 PM
• Race Day Dinner: 6:00 PM

Private Dining Room Update: We're excited to announce that our private dining room is on track to open in December. Stay tuned for unforgettable private dining experiences.

Kitchen Update:

Get ready to tantalize your taste buds! This month we launched an exciting new dinner menu featuring our delectable 'Pot de Creme!' This revamped menu (click to enlarge) is designed to elevate your dining experience and keep you on campus longer. We can’t wait to share these delicious new dishes with our valued members and students. Also, starting in December, we will be open for dinner on weekends during our regular weekday hours.
