Parkside Retreat: Exciting Progress and Upcoming Milestones

Building Momentum: Key Achievements Ahead

Step by step, the Parkside Retreat is coming to life. While navigating county and state approvals has been a challenge, each hurdle brings us closer to completion.

Here’s what has already been accomplished:

• RV Park: 30 elegant Parkside homes are now in use, nestled among 38 RV spaces with breathtaking views.
• Member Rentals: We've grown from 42 condos to 72 living spaces, providing members with more opportunities for extended stays. Expected occupancy: April 2025.
• The Lake: Expertly graded and designed to be the park’s stunning centerpiece, the lake is taking shape. The liner arrives Tuesday, installation is completed Thursday, and water starts flowing in on Friday.
• The Dock: Construction is underway, with forms already set.
• The Trees: Over 120 trees have been planted, adding natural beauty and shade.
• The Trails: Scenic pathways are taking shape, perfect for exploration and connecting with nature.

Upcoming Developments:

• Water & Sewer Connections: Actively working on these, with sewer completion expected next week and water following soon after.
• Power & Transformers: Transformers are in, and Zook homes are expected to have power and water by the second week of February.
• Pickleball Courts: On track for completion by late March or early April.
• 7,500 sq. ft. Building: Currently in the design stage.

We’re thrilled to see Parkside evolve into a vibrant space for adventure, relaxation, and community. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the finish line.

Construction Underway: New Member Facilities

Two State-of-the-Art Buildings Coming Soon

Construction is underway on two 5,000-square-foot buildings located north of the water tanks, near the Charleston Peak track. Grading begins next week, with completion expected by May. (Click to enlarge image.) These state-of-the-art facilities will be dedicated to servicing and supporting our members' sports cars, offering enhanced convenience and top-tier care.
